What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, Master Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and American Express.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped including your tracking details.


I'm having difficulty placing an order?

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble placing an order. The easiest solution is to contact our customer's service team here and we will be happy to help deal directly with your issue.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?
Once your order has been confirmed, it's not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please contact us here if you have placed an order incorrectly and we will cancel that order, allowing you to re-order the correct items.

 

 Returns & Exchanges

  • For UK & ROI customers, unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
  • For all international customers, please return unsuitable items within 28 days of receiving your parcels. Please return items in their original packaging.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed. 
  • Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
  • We are unable to offer free returns for our customers. Please obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. 
  • We aim to process your return ASAP, but it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will check this out for you.
